Conditions of Booking

• A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required within 7 days of booking to secure reservation. If a replacement booking is found, the deposit will be returned

• Balance must be paid at least one month prior to stay (3 months for High Season bookings)
  
  
• Cancellations must be made in writing
  
  
• Cancellations made within final payment period result in a loss of deposit and 50% of the balance

• Cancellations for high season bookings made within the final 3 month period result in a loss of total payment unless a replacement booking can be found. 

• Cancellations made outside final payment period result in a loss of deposit
